In addition to a strong heritage of over 50 years in business, Royal Robbins as a brand has always strived to create versatile clothing that takes you everywhere. The aspect of sustainability has been important ever since Royal Robbins himself introduced and led the "Green Climbing Era" during his years as one of the pioneers of American rock climbing. Success factors are the combination of functionality and style with a clear travel focus.
To reach out to a new market
The customer's brand is well known in the USA and the assignment for PS Retail was to get help to reach the market in Europe, both through shop-in-shops and own flagship stores. We started from their existing retail interior concept and adapted the design accordingly and created store layouts for their different store environments in Europe.
The interior is now produced in Hillerstorp and is currently being built in several stores around Central Europe, also as shop-in-shops. The next step in our journey to help Royal Robbins into this new arena is for the concept to be developed to suit more points of sales in the European market.
